Welcome to our website! The Constitution Party of Minnesota believes it is necessary to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity through the election, at all levels of government, of Constitution Party candidates who will uphold the principles of the Declaration of Independence, The Bill of Rights, The Constitution of the United States, and The Constitutional Statues of the State of Minnesota. It is our goal to limit the federal and state government to its delegated, enumerated, Constitutional functions and to restore American jurisprudence to its original Biblical common-law foundations.
As a State affiliate of the National Constitution Party, we provide support and information primarily to and for those individuals running for State offices who uphold the values of the Constitution Party. Your membership, time, talents and generous donations to our state party help us meet these goals. State leadership is equally important as our federal leadership. It is crucial that we elect State and Local candidates who will fight to preserve natural rights, that all are equal in the sight of God and therefore our representatives are elected to protect rights, not grant rights.
